crashed with Esk 723 on June 13, 1975 NW of Fynshoved into the sea due to a Compressor Stall with 2.508 flight hours, both pilots ejected safely; rescued by a fishing boat.

Friday June 13, 1975 Bo H. Johansen and Jorgen Stentoft (front) ejected from TF104G 681 after compressor stall; RT-681 crashed during a target flight mission for two other aircraft, taking off from Tirstrup Air Station 
heading towards Samsø. When the pilot applied Full Military throttle north-east of Samsø he heard a loud bang, then a rumbling sound which both pilots identified as a compressor stall. The pilots tried to restart the engine, 
but without success and they ejected at 5 second intervals to safety. The plane hit the water approximately 7 km north of Fynshoved.
cause: A broken compressor blade in stage-1 resulted in reduced engine power.
