F-104G, construction number 683D-6109, model 683-10-19, US serial number 64-17764, built by Canadair
first flight at Canadair, Montreal February 19, 1965, to USAF coded FG-764/47764 on June 29, 1965, shipped to Taiwan for ROCAF coded "4342"
under project "Ali Shan No.10" to 3 Wing at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB; to 7th TFS coded "4342"
crashed July 24, 1984 45 NM northwest of Ching Chuan Kang AB, pilot was killed, written off.

During 1963 to 1965, under projects "Ali Shan No.2, No.4 and No.5" the 3 Wing received 56 F-104G and 13 TF-104G to equip Squadrons 7, 8 and 28.
After 10 years of service, the survivors were regrouped into two squadrons: 7th and 28th. 8th TFS disbanded in 1975.
