RF-104G "D-8141" 306 squadron RNLAF in early grey camouflage scheme RF-104G, construction number 683D-8141, model 683-04-10, built by FokkerFokker factory construction number 10591, RF-104G taken on charge January 17, 1964, 306 squadron crashed near Erp at Mariaheide, 15km south-west of Geffen, Netherlands, on March 20, 1975 after pitch-up problems over the area of Veghel.
