crashed near Erp at Mariaheide, 15km south-west of Geffen, Netherlands, on March 20, 1975 after pitch-up problems over the area of Veghel.
The pilot ejected safely; with this crash also an "Orpheus recce Pod" was written off. He was on his way home to Volkel AB after a recce-mission; written off.
