MAP (Military Assistance Program) to Turkish AF January 19, 1982 as "65-6656"; delivered from Volkel to Turkish Air Force as 6656; 4.AJU until June 1983 crashed with 192 squadron coded "9-656" at Balikesir AB on November 21, 1984; pilot was safe the Starfighter encountered an accident during take-off or landing at homebase Balikesir.
