F-104J "705" (76-8705) 207th Hikotai of 83rd AG (Wing) from Naha AB 1978 F-104J, construction number 683B-3205, model 583-07-14, serial number 76-8705, built by Mitsubishidelivery date October 15, 1967; first to 203 squadron; 207 squadron in July 1972; ACM meet 1980 carrying a 2-tone light blue scheme + fake canopy, later on in grey color scheme; preserved at Hyakuri AB 1994; Gifu AB Gate Guard 1996-1998 preserved as display Gifu AB Base Museum in 2002, 202 Hikotai marks; on display at Gifu Air Base until the end of March 2004 preserved in Old Car Center Kudan, Naraha City, Futaba District, Fukushima Prefecture June 7, 2004 noted; March 2011 noted. The museum closed due to the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident. 5 years after the March 11, 2011 earthquake, Tsunami, and Fukushima nuclear power plant accident; Old Car Center Kudan reopened on Saturday April 2, 2016; April 2022 noted April 2025 preserved aircraft removed from Old Car Center Kudan, Naraha Town, Futaba County, Fukushima Prefecture.
