to Taiwan July 1987 coded as "4522" under Project "Ali Shan No.9" to 7 Squadron of 3 Wing; 1994 to 8 Squadron of 3 Wing ex 28 TFS withdrawn from use in depot at Pingtung AB preserved at Kaohsiung City in National Science and Technology Museum (NSTM) coded as fake F-104G 62-12252 "4303" in 1995 display indoor at the National Science and Technology Museum, Kao Hsiung City on December 28, 2001 noted; June 2007 noted at NSTM, Kaohsiung City March 2021 noted on 6th floor of National Science and Technology Museum, kept indoor, condition looks excellent Note nose cone is dismounted, but placed beside the nose; December 2022 noted; April 2023 noted.
