1990 delivery to ROCAF for spare parts; display on pole at Nanhua Reservoir theme park, Nanhua District, Tainan County,
on a lawn on its landing gear, with wheels on poles, September 19, 1991 noted; November 2009 noted; March 2026 in Yuanzhilu Leisure Park noted.

When the F-104J first transported to the place in Tainan it was painted as 4505; my friend told the local government that 4505 crashed.
My friend checked the F-104J and guessed it might be the 526 of JASDF, so he suggested them to repaint it as 4526.
