F-104G, construction number 683D-9139, model 683-10-19, built by SABCA, manufactured by West Group (ARGE-West); assembly at SABCA-Gosselies, Belgium
taken on charge April 8, 1966; February 9, 1979 damaged during midair collision with FX95 over Diepenbeek.
The aircraft was in a holding pattern near Hasselt for an air-ground exercise on the range at Helchteren.
Pilot successfully made an emergency landing at Kleine Brogel (10 FBW/23 Squadron)
April 19, 1982 arrived at Koksijde for storage (10 FBW/31 Squadron); January 1987 sold to Radcomm Enterprise and struck of charge; stripped of all useful parts
June 1989 departed Koksijde for USA; noted preserved Pennsaukin (USA) until 1992; May 1995 first noted preserved at Air Victory Museum, South Jersey Regional Airport
 September 2001 first noted as Dutch Air Force "D-8090" preserved at Air Victory Museum, South Jersey Regional Airport, Medford, New Jersey
(donated to the Air Victory Museum by Steve Snyder or one of his companies. We do not know where Snyder acquired the F-104)

owned by Aviation Industrial Realty Corporation August 2007; 2013 it was offered for sale. It was sold to Steve Alex.
November 4, 2013 it has been brought over to Arizona. It is preserved at the Inde Motorsports Ranch Willcox, Arizona; February 2023 noted.
