April 23, 1974 birdstrike (349 Squadron), pilot could land safely at Hahn Air Force Base and was ok
August 18, 1978 lost a flap in flight near Macquenoise while performing a dart mission, carrying the dart, aircraft was repaired soon (350 Squadron)
April 14, 1981 arrived at Koksijde for storage (350 Sqn 1 Wing); January 1987 sold to Radcomm Enterprise and struck of charge
October 15, 1990 via USA delivered to Taiwan for spare parts use only, scrapped.
