TF-104G, construction number 583D-5788, model 583-10-20, US serial number 64-15106, built by Lockheed
for Belgium under MAP program, delivery date February 23, 1965 coded "FG-106" at Lockheed-Palmdale
to "Flight-TF-104G" (Conversion & Air Defence training) of 1 Wing at Beauvechain AB on March 8, 1965
recoded FC03, last operated January 30, 1981 at OFC 1 Wing, stored October 30, 1981, withdrawn from use in January 1987, sold to Radcomm
to ROCAF October 1990 for spare parts use only, scrapped.

note: The initial three TF-104G were built at Lockheed Palmdale plant as TF-104F (no complicated electronic systems as in the TF-104G that was identical with the F-104G 
except for the missing gun, and some less fuel), the remaining nine two-seaters being assembled by SABCA from Lockheed kits. 
Later the initial three TF-104F were updated to the TF-104G standards.
