assembly at Lockheed, Palmdale; Lockheed test flights on July 28, 1964 at Palmdale, CA
USAF delivery date on November 7, 1964 flown via Cannon AFB to MOAMA ( Mobile Air Materiel Area), Brookley AFB, Alabama, for preparation for sea transport to Denmark with 8:00 flight hours
MAP to Denmark on December 19, 1964 by escort carrier "USS Croatan" to Nørresundby harbour; coded RT-683 January 22, 1965 to Esk 726; Esk 723 in October 1967; Esk 726 in April 1968
April 15, 1969 painted in an all green camouflage scheme; May 17, 1977 RT-683 had to go into the grass during landing at Aalborg Air Station due to a hydraulic failure 
which meant that the aircraft had no steering and power brakes, no damage to the aircraft or the pilot; repainted in glossy green camouflage scheme on August 3, 1979
last flight March 6, 1986 with 4.197 flight hours; withdrawn from use April 30, 1986
preserved and disassembled at Aalborg and transported by road to Aarhus for shipment to Bremerhaven March 31, 1987
under project "Ali Shan No.10" to Taiwan for ROCAF 1987 registered "4152" to 3rd TFW at CCK AB, withdrawn from use 1995, decoy 1999 last noted; scrapped.
