January 1973 at Leeuwarden for a gunnery camp with 439 squadron; to Aerospace Engineering and Test Establishment (AETE), Cold Lake, Alberta
crashed March 19, 1974 due to compressor stall after gun malfunction in flight, pilot Johnson ejected safely, written off; struck of charge November 19, 1974.
