pilot was killed; parts at dump at Verona-Villafranca 1990 last noted; likely scrapped.

The aircraft was under GCA control at 2500 feet, entered IMC and was immediately struck by lightning followd by engine abnormalities.
Unable to control the trim, the pilot ejected and fell into the sea.
The sea conditions, the temperature of the water, the loss of the Survival Package by the pilot and the very limited chance of survival of the rescue service 
due to the difficult weather conditions had fatal consequences.
