September 1969 assignment to 1 Fighter Wing at CFB Lahr; reserialed as 104714 effective June 1970; October 1970 assignment  to 1 CAG at Sollingen for 441 squadron
oliv green camouflage scheme in 1972; crashed with 1 CAG [flown by 441 (TF) Squadron] on February 12.1976 after hitting crest of ridge on low level radar navigation mission (CFIT)
pilot did not eject and was killed; struck of service June 24, 1976.
