100th flight of "6658", the first build F-104S prototype by Lockheed on October 25, 1967 at Burbank

F-104S prototype MM6658 (code 5-41) made its 100th flight that day. The photo shows the project team.
The pilot on the picture is Lockheed testpilot Jack Woodman and to his right (5th from the left, standing) is the AMI representative for the F-104S program, Lt. Col. Mario Borghino.

crashed May 22.1972 into sea near Castel Porziano after loss of aircraft control due to uncontrolled movements doing acrobatics
pilot ejected safely, written off with 485 flight hours.
